Can I return or exchange?

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
